All Cochon Volant meats are naturally raised and hormone-free. They are served with house-made barbecue sauce, slightly spicy and smoky, redolent with chilies and a great balance of sweet molasses, lemon and vinegar.

Side dishes served as a choice with the sandwiches and also by the pint to take home consist of: Dijon Fingerling Potato Salad, Radish Cole Slaw with fresh horseradish dressing, And Home made Pickles. We use locally sourced and organic produce.
